Rabbi Steven Exler is the Senior Rabbi of The Hebrew Institute of Riverdale (HIR). Before serving as the Senior Rabbi at HIR he served as the Associate Rabbi. In addition to his work as a community Rabbi, he has lectured and taught in a number of different settings and his writings can be found in many periodicals. He is from Baltimore and received ordination from Yeshivat Chovevei Torah. He feels blessed to be a part of the HIR family. He is married to Shira Billet and is Abba to Ilan Shmuel.
